William Carson originates from upstate New York where he oversaw his family’s business, an exclusive golf course and country club, from 1987 to 1992, after obtaining his degree from the Culinary Institute of America. From there he relocated to Southampton, NY, where he was the retail manager for the world famous Kathleen’s Bake Shop until his move to Miami Beach in 1994.

A Miami Beach resident from 1994 to 2016, William spent 5 years as a successful salesperson for a boutique firm, obtaining his Broker’s license in the summer of 2000 to expand his knowledge and expertise. In June of 2002, William partnered with good friend and business associate, Carlo Gambino, to form Carson Realty Group.

Under his management, Carson Realty Group prospered, with 5 offices, over 200 agents and just under $1 billion in sales from 2002 through 2010. In December of 2010, Carson Realty Group joined forces with Douglas Elliman Florida in order to develop one of the most powerful and effective real estate firms in South Florida.

William worked extensively with local developers in creating numerous properties (condo conversions and new construction) for the residential market. “My input with each development was critical to the success of the project. Whether it was marketing, pricing or kitchen planning, we worked together on all aspects of development.” Over the past 24 years, he has honed his skills in historic and luxury residential sales, as well as commercial sales and leasing, while developing an extensive network of brokers, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors and other vendors to best service his clients.

William moved to San Antonio, TX in 2016. He has purchased and renovated three homes in the Historic Dignowity Hill neighborhood and became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2018. “My primary concern is helping people find the best property to meet their needs. I am sensitive to both the client and the current market conditions, and work hard to make the best possible match. I consider my clients part of my extended family and take each assignment personally and seriously. I place honor and ethics above all else in my business.”
